A bicyclist rode into the side of a Panama City police patrol car at the Circle K on West 15th Street near Lisenby Avenue around 5:30 PM Thursday. The officer radioed that the rider ‘ran into the side of me’ and came away with just a scratched elbow; EMS was sent to check him over as a precaution.
