Free booking photo removal. Always. No ID. No paperwork.
Our Promise
Emerald Coast Bookings removes arrest booking photographs free of charge for anyone who asks. We never ask for payment, ID or court documents, and we do not republish a photo once it is removed. An arrest is not a finding of guilt.
Who Can Ask
The person in the photo, or their legal representative. No court outcome is needed. You do not need a dismissal, expungement or acquittal.
How to Ask
Email contact@emeraldcoastbookings.com with the subject Record Removal Request – [Full Name] and tell us three things so we can find the record:
- The full name on the record
- The approximate arrest date
- The link to the page on this site (or the county, if you do not have the link)
That is all. We will not ask you to send ID, court papers or money.
What Happens Next
- Within 24 hours, we confirm we have your request.
- Within 5 business days, we respond and remove the photograph. If we cannot find the record, we ask you a question instead of ignoring you.
- We do not republish the photograph after it is removed.
If your case was dismissed, dropped, sealed or expunged, tell us and we will remove the whole listing, not just the photo. You do not need to send paperwork.
Florida Statute 901.43 lets a person ask in writing, by registered mail to the publisher’s registered agent with proof of identification, and requires removal without charge within 10 calendar days. We do not require any of that. Email is enough, and we move faster than the statute requires. Nothing here limits your rights under the statute.
