PANAMA CITY BEACH – Rescue crews were searching the water off the beach in front of the SpringHill Suites around 2:44 AM Sunday after witnesses reported a man went into the water and did not come back out.
The report reached dispatch on roughly a 20-minute delay. No further update was immediately available.
