What We Do
Emerald Coast Bookings aggregates and publishes publicly available booking records from the sheriff’s offices and county jail systems across Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Escambia, and Santa Rosa counties. Records are updated multiple times daily, directly from official sources — no third-party intermediaries.
We built this site because public arrest records matter. They are a cornerstone of transparent government and community safety awareness. Florida’s Sunshine Laws exist precisely so that this information remains accessible — not just to journalists and attorneys, but to ordinary residents who want to know what is happening in their community.
We are not affiliated with any law enforcement agency, court system, or government body. We are an independent publisher operating under Florida’s public records framework.
Original Scanner Reports
Along with booking records, we publish original reports from Bay, Okaloosa, and Escambia counties: crashes, arrests, missing-person alerts, and official bulletins. Each one is written in our own words from public sources and mapped with our own graphics. We name people only when police release the name, and we show locations at the city level. Our systems pull directly from official county jail rosters and booking portals multiple times per day, keeping records as current as the source data allows.
Direct from Official Sources
Every record originates from the respective county Sheriff’s Office or corrections system — not from secondary aggregators or data brokers.
Public Records Law
All information published here is available as public record under Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes — the same framework used by journalists, attorneys, and employers statewide.

Every person listed on this site is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. An arrest is an accusation, not a conviction. Charges listed reflect the initial booking and may be reduced, dropped, or result in acquittal. We do not determine guilt, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as a statement of guilt.
Removal Policy
We respect that arrest records can follow people long after a case is resolved. Any person whose booking photograph appears on this site can ask for its removal by email. No court outcome, ID or court documents are required. We confirm within 24 hours and respond and remove the photograph within 5 business days. If your charges were dropped, dismissed, or resulted in acquittal, or your record was sealed or expunged, tell us and we will also remove the listing itself. Removal is always free.
Removal is free. It always will be. We do not charge fees, accept payment for removal, or work with third-party removal services. If you see a site claiming to remove your Emerald Coast Bookings listing for a fee, that site is not us and has no affiliation with us.
