Since about 6:30 PM Friday, dispatch aired: a downed power line across the road on West 22nd Street, possibly live, with officers holding traffic; a power line reported on fire near Joan Avenue and Front Beach Road; a tree touching power lines and throwing sparks near West 19th Street and Highway 98; a transformer explosion with sparks at East Avenue and Olive Avenue; and a blown transformer sparking near Clara Avenue and Hutchison Boulevard.
