UPDATE: The man shot by law enforcement on Lombardy Avenue early Tuesday morning has died. The Bay County Sheriff’s Office and Panama City Police Department addressed the shooting in a joint press conference Tuesday afternoon.
No officers were injured. FDLE is investigating, which is standard in an officer-involved shooting. The man’s name has not been released.
